JLog - Prolog in Java

JLog 1.3.6 is the current stable version of JLog. There are three packages available for download:

  • The JLog-1.3.6.app is the ready to use applet and application for end users. Just download, unzip, and point your browser or applet viewer to one of the HTML files (use JLog.html to create your own Prolog program, or use one of the other example files and try the default query). See the README.txt file for more information on running JLog as a local application.

NOTE: The pre-built JLog-1.3.5.old.app version will work with older v1.1.x Java VMs, however it is provided solely as a convenience for users who cannot upgrade to a modern version of Java.

  • The JLog-1.3.6.src is the complete source files package for developers. Everything needed to create your own application, access a Prolog interpreter from Java, or extend the capabilities of the Prolog engine. Includes documentation, but requires a make doc and a working javadoc utility to create the HTML version. The source is GPL (the examples, however, are solely copyrighted by their respective authors).

  • The JLog-1.3.6.doc is the ready to use HTML documentation for developers. The same information is available in the source package, but this is pre-made for easier access. Try making the documentation from the source (quite easy) before downloading this package to save bandwidth.

Check out the Release Notes for more information on these packages. Go to the Release Files section to download the files.

JScriptLog 0.7.5 beta is the current development version of JScriptLog. The source package is available for download:

  • The JScriptLog0.7.5.beta.src is the complete source files package for developers. The source is GPL.

Check out the Release Notes for more information on these packages. Go to the Release Files section to download the files.
